Siphon StarliumIxia's Basic Attacks and skills apply a stack of Starlium Charge to enemies on hit. When Ixia performs a Basic Attack on an enemy with two stacks of Starlium Charge, the attack will consume the stacks and be replaced with Siphon Starlium, dealing (+150% Total Physical Attack) (+200 Lifesteal) plus (+10*Hero Level) Physical Damage to the target. Ixia recovers HP equal to the damage dealt by Siphon Starlium (only 20(+150 Lifesteal)% against non-hero units) and reduces the target's Movement Speed by 25% for 1s. Siphon Starlium can trigger on all enemies in front of Ixia that are within her Basic Attack range, but it cannot Crit. Ixia's Basic Attacks cannot trigger Lifesteal.
Ixia's skills make her a nice kiter. She works well against heroes with short ranges or poor Slow abilities, such as Fredrinn and Bane.
Ixia lacks survivability, that's why she can be countered by heroes with high burst damage or strong control abilities such as Saber and Aamon.
