Platinum SnapMarcel's split soul, Clemar, enters the camera to freeze the moment. Marcel's Basic Attacks deal 50 (+40% Total Physical Attack)(+40% Total Magic Defense) Physical Damage (cannot Crit). He cannot benefit from extra Attack Speed. Extra HP is converted into 1.5% Hybrid Defense. Clemar automatically snaps photos of enemy heroes near Marcel, causing a brief Frozen Moment and dealing 20 (+ 5% their Max HP) True Damage (triggers Attack Effects). It also grants a shield of the same value to Marcel and a nearby allied hero. Cooldown: 12s per target (each Basic Attack from Marcel reduces this cooldown by 1s).
Marcel is more effective against low-mobility heroes, such as Layla and Vexana, as they are easily caught by his Ultimate, allowing him and his allies to secure easy kills.
Heroes who possess Invincibility or Untargetable effects that can bypass Marcel's CC, like Ling and X.Borg, will reduce his impact on the battlefield.
